Responsibilities
– Develop and deliver a marketing vision that fuels business expansion and customer acquisition.
– Align go-to-market activity with product innovation, commercial priorities, and customer success.
– Identify new routes to market and untapped opportunities for audience growth.
– Position the business as a credible, differentiated voice within the SaaS ecosystem.
– Lead thought leadership, storytelling, and creative execution that build awareness and trust.
– Ensure messaging consistency and customer relevance across all channels and markets.
– Design and implement integrated campaigns that drive qualified demand and measurable ROI.
– Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to deliver predictable pipeline growth.
– Leverage analytics, testing, and optimisation to continually improve marketing performance.
– Define success metrics across brand, demand, and revenue contribution.
– Translate marketing performance into strategic insight for the wider leadership team.
– Champion data-led decision making and clear accountability across all marketing activity.
– Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse marketing team spanning digital, brand, content, and campaigns.
– Create an environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and collaboration.
– Strengthen marketing operations with scalable processes, systems, and tools.
We're Looking For
– A proven track record leading marketing in a SaaS or B2B technology business.
– Strength in strategic planning, demand generation, and brand storytelling.
– Leadership experience building and motivating multi-disciplinary teams.
– Commercial focus, analytical mindset, and comfort owning performance metrics.
– Energy, resilience, and curiosity to thrive in a scaling, high-growth environment.

Salary: £100,000 – £130,000 + bonus + benefits
