Growth Marketing Manager

This is a hands-on growth marketing role for someone who wants to own the demand engine - not just talk strategy, but build and execute campaigns that drive real pipeline. You'll work across email, paid media, LinkedIn and events, partnering closely with Sales and Content to turn plans into revenue. You'll be trusted to test, learn, iterate and make data-led decisions without being micromanaged. This isn't a "post on social and update the website" role. It's commercial, measurable marketing that directly impacts the bottom line.

Our client is a B2B FinTech selling into enterprise customers in a regulated, high-growth sector. The product is market-leading, revenue is scaling, and they’ve got a global presence. This is a business with genuine momentum.

Responsibilities

– Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid, LinkedIn and events
– Build and optimise nurture flows, lead scoring and lifecycle programmes in HubSpot
– Run ABM programmes targeting high-value accounts
– Own conversion rate optimisation across landing pages, forms and campaign assets
– A/B test creative, messaging and timing – let the data decide
– Work with Sales to refine ICPs, support outbound and convert leads into qualified conversations
– Drive post-event and post-download lead strategy
– Collaborate with Content to ensure every asset drives measurable impact
– Deliver campaign insights, lead intelligence and enablement materials to Sales

We're Looking For

– Meaningful experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in demand gen or growth roles
– Strong HubSpot experience – you’ll be in it every day
– Hands-on campaign execution across email, paid and ABM
– Comfortable with data – attribution, funnel metrics, conversion tracking
– Experience with Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
– Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Content
– Confident discussing paid media strategy, even if it’s not your sole focus
– Thrives in a fast-moving scale-up where priorities shift and flexibility is key
